Hello! We are Stephanie and Wilson from Phoenix, Arizona. Thank you for including us in your journey and for taking the time to get to know us. We admire the selfless act of love that you are making by placing your child for adoption and we are honored to be considered to be your child’s adoptive parents.
We are eager and excited to grow our family through adoption. Our adoption journey started after years of infertility and a persistently strong desire to be parents. It would bring us the greatest joy to share our love and provide wonderful experiences for your child.
Our story isn’t one straight out of a romantic comedy, where our eyes meet across the room while getting our morning coffee. Instead, like many couples today, we met online! We started dating in New York City in 2016 and quickly realized we were a great match. Stephanie was drawn to Wilson’s kind heart and respectful nature—he made her feel truly special. Wilson admired Stephanie’s caring personality and, of course, her beautiful eyes. Since marrying in 2018, we’ve come to appreciate how our differences create balance and make us an even stronger team. We enjoy a simple, fulfilling life, valuing shared experiences, quality time, natural products, and home-cooked meals.
We believe in valuing experiences and people over material things. Life is about making meaningful connections, treating others with kindness and respect, and always doing our best. We also prioritize education, not only through formal schooling but through everyday experiences, curiosity, and personal growth. Spending time in nature—whether by the river, hiking in the mountains, or walking one of the many trails in our neighborhood—is something we love. Nature brings us peace, recharges our spirits, and reminds us of the world’s beauty. We can’t wait to share these experiences and lessons with our child, teaching them to appreciate the world around them and helping them embrace life’s joys, challenges, and beauty. We enjoy the simple pleasures of life—healthy, home-cooked meals, balancing work with play, and nurturing our well-being. Staying active, caring for our minds and bodies, and making sure we get enough rest are essential to us, and we look forward to sharing these values with our child to help them grow in a loving, healthy environment.
I have always wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, which made becoming a nurse a natural choice. As a nurse at a Women’s Health Clinic, I go above and beyond to ensure my patients feel truly cared for and supported. I am kind and compassionate, always striving to find the best in every person and situation. I believe that positivity, perseverance, and determination can have a real impact. Living a simple, intentional life helps me focus on what truly matters: the people I share it with. Above all, becoming a mother is something I deeply long for. I am excited to create a loving, supportive environment for my future child. To me, being a good Mom means showing love, patience, and understanding, guiding them through challenges, and instilling values that shape them into well-rounded, kind, and strong individuals. Becoming a mother will be one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Stephanie is loving, kind, and compassionate—she genuinely cares for others. She’s a hard worker with a calm, thoughtful personality and enjoys the simple things in life. As a minimalist, she embraces thrifting and low-waste living, always finding ways to cut down on clutter and be more mindful of the environment. Stephanie loves cooking, baking, and keeping our home organized, creating a warm and inviting space for our family. As a nurse, Stephanie’s passion for helping people really shines through. She’s dedicated, kind, and always gives her best to her patients. Stephanie will be an amazing Mom—something she’s always dreamed of. She’s incredibly excited about becoming a parent and has done a lot of research and preparation to make sure she’s ready. Stephanie understands what it takes to raise a child, and her strong maternal instincts will make her a great Mom.
I consider myself smart, spontaneous, kind, and respectful. I love spending time in nature—whether it’s walking, biking, or observing wildlife. I appreciate the simple things that many often overlook and treasure the moments spent with family and friends. I also enjoy listening to music and watching documentaries—there’s always something new to learn! As a kid, I was always fascinated by how things worked, which led me to become an Electrical Engineer. Today, I work in aerospace electronics—a field that both challenges and inspires me. As a Dad, I’m eager to encourage my child to explore science and develop a curiosity for how the world works.
Wilson is thoughtful, respectful, generous, and kind—always thinking of others and how he can make their lives better. His calm, steady presence makes him someone you can rely on, and his big heart shines through in everything he does. As a hardworking and creative aerospace electronics engineer, Wilson brings dedication and attention to detail to both his career and personal life. He loves solving problems and strives to do his best, whether at work or at home. When it comes to kids, Wilson is a natural. He’s always the first to get on the floor and dive into whatever activity they’re into. His playful spirit and loving nature will make him an amazing Dad. He will always be there to listen, support, and make sure our future child feels loved, safe, and understood.
We live in a fantastic community with beautiful mountain views and plenty of sunshine. Here in Arizona, our summers can get pretty hot—after all, we do live in the Valley of the Sun! There are plenty of indoor activities to enjoy, including movies, restaurants, shops, and libraries. The rest of the year is perfect for outdoor fun, whether it’s hiking, visiting farmers’ markets, exploring parks and playgrounds, or attending festivals and other events. When it comes to education, we are fortunate to have a strong public school system with open enrollment, which allows our child to attend the school that’s the best fit for them, regardless of where we live. We also have Montessori schools, as well as both public and private charter schools. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and truly thrive—and a vibrant community to raise a family!
Our family is close-knit, full of love, and supported by a caring community of family and friends who provide a nurturing environment for a child to thrive. Wilson’s brother and his wife are exemplary role models, raising two girls in a home filled with kindness, laughter, and learning. Wilson’s sister is warm, caring, and generous and has instilled these values in her son and daughter. Wilson’s parents, now retired in the Dominican Republic, remain deeply involved, offering love, wisdom, and support, and are just a phone or video call away. Stephanie’s lifelong friends are like family—always ready to offer support, advice, and celebrate milestones. Her coworkers are also supportive and eager to share in the joy of welcoming a child into our lives. We are deeply grateful for the love and support of our family and friends, who will provide a strong foundation as we welcome a child.
Some of our family traditions include driving around to admire Christmas lights, decorating the tree, and enjoying delicious Dominican food. We also make an annual trip to the Dominican Republic to spend time with family, relax on the beach, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It’s all about family, food, and making memories!
Our goal is to teach our future child to honor God, respect others, and value themselves. We will encourage them to stay curious, open-minded, and always strive to do their best, all while emphasizing the importance of education and exploring their unique passions. We embrace the Montessori philosophy, which fosters independence and self-confidence. This approach will give your child the freedom to explore and learn at their own pace in a nurturing environment, allowing them to develop critical life skills and a sense of personal responsibility. We are excited to help your child grow into a kind, compassionate person who treats others with respect and has the confidence to follow their dreams.
