We want to express our deep gratitude for considering us as adoptive parents for your child. We understand this is a difficult decision and we hope to be a source of support and comfort for you throughout this process.
We have been partners for over a decade and happily married since 2020. We are both from New York, but are now proud Californians. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful state with its amazing weather and endless opportunities for adventure. We are so excited to share our journey and hopes of growing our family through adoption.
At the very core of our beliefs lies a profound conviction that family is not limited to blood relations or shared physical characteristics. Rather, family is an intangible, yet invaluable, bond that can be forged through the warmth of human connection and the depth of shared experiences.
We believe that the beauty of family lies in its diversity and the endless ways it can be defined. It is not defined by genetics, but by the depth of emotional connection and mutual respect that we share with those we consider our family. Whether it is the comfort of a parent's embrace, the laughter of a sibling, or the unwavering support of a friend, family is what we make it, and it is the cornerstone of our lives.
We have a rather unique story that began back in 2012. We both attended Syracuse University, graduated the same year, but never crossed paths! It actually wasn’t until the summer of 2012 that we met in New York City through a mutual friend after having both started our careers out of college. A few years later, on the wheels of a dream, we moved together to California after Brian landed an exciting opportunity for work. After falling in love with the lifestyle, people, and (of course) the weather, we have been living in Los Angeles ever since. Over the past 10 years living in Los Angeles we have built a strong support group of family and friends, worked hard to achieve success in our careers, rescued our dog Oliver, and have built a comfortable place to call home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Big dreams have remained a constant throughout our relationship, and we can’t wait to continue that dream by starting a family of our own!

I was raised in the heart of New York City and was introduced to the wide range of cultures, social dynamics, and values that come with living in such a diverse city. As a child, I learned the appreciation of great food and exploration which I have brought into my adult life. I have a passion for cooking, especially making homemade sourdough bread. The art of using fresh, organic ingredients to experiment the development of delicious recipes, (creating something out of nothing) is my favorite hobby. Since living in Los Angeles I have discovered many different terrains from ocean to the desert and learned to find peace in nature. I find joy in the simple things like watching TV with family at home, rollerblading with friends, and embracing the opportunity to explore.
I went to Syracuse University in New York where I studied English Film studies. At a young age I took the opportunity to get into the video production world where I learned the ins and outs of the business. Today I’m a Director of Branded Operations and oversee the development and execution of all the advertising content and influencer advertising within BuzzFeed Inc.

I grew up in a little town in the rolling hills of Upstate New York. I enjoyed the small-town atmosphere, where everyone had a great sense of community; something I carry into our life in Los Angeles. I always had big dreams and knew that would take me places. As a child I was creative and found enjoyment in drawing, music, and math. I completely immersed myself in the arts and developed a great source of friends and mentors there at a young age. My favorite hobby is interior design. I’m continuously doing something new to our home. I find joy at home with our dog, keeping up with my family and friends, hiking new and old trails nearby, and being the test subject for Griffin’s experiments with new food recipes.
I went to Syracuse University School of Architecture in New York. My thesis was on Architectural Healing Environments. Today I am a licensed architect, and I am responsible for the overall architectural design of new healthcare projects as a Senior Project Designer. My passion is to make hospitals beautiful healing environments. A recent project I am proud of is my design for a children’s hospital in Salt Lake City.
We live in the heart of Los Angeles in a small neighborhood called Los Feliz, which in Spanish translates to “The Happy”. This area is famous for being the birthplace of Walt Disney’s 1st Studio and where the “Snow White” animation was created. It is also home to the Griffith Observatory and LA’s largest park, Griffith Park. OUR “HAPPY” PLACE
After spending 9 years in Southern California, we have realized that it is undoubtedly the perfect place for us to settle down, start a family, and enjoy life.
In 2019, we moved to a new home seeking more space and access to outdoor areas. Our home is located in a gated community with lush greenery and ample outdoor amenities yet remains close to everything the city has to offer. We cherish living in Los Angeles for its cultural diversity, outdoor activities, excellent schools, fabulous food, professional opportunities, and its bright and sunny climate.
Our neighborhood is brimming with shops, restaurants, museums, hiking trails, parks, and more, all within walking distance. Our favorite feature of our home is the BBQ area where we enjoy spending time with loved ones, grilling and socializing. Additionally, our community boasts one of the finest elementary schools in California, attracting numerous families with kids, who have now become our close friends.
Oliver, our white chi-weenie, is 9 years old and weighs 9 lbs. He is a delightful mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund. We rescued him from the Pasadena Humane Society in 2015. Oliver's small size makes him an ideal companion for our adventures. He has even accompanied us on our flights to New York to visit family, and his travels have taken him to more places than many humans have been.
Oliver is an affectionate little pup who loves nothing more than cuddling and sitting on laps, especially when children are around. He is known to develop a fierce loyalty to anyone who gives him attention. We are confident that he will become the best of friends with our future child.

Oliver's absolute favorite thing in the whole wide world is popcorn. He has become so clever that even the mere spelling of "popcorn" is enough to get him excited!

We are a family that is never short on jokes, laughs, family gatherings and a whole lot of love. Depending on the day and time of an event, our family attendance comes in two sizes: Big and Bigger.
We have been blessed to have a massive group of family and friends who are located all across the country from Hawaii to New York! But despite where we all live, we are able to create special memories every time we are together. From weekly family dinners to vacations and holidays, we are so excited for our future child to become a part of our big family.
Our journey as parents will be founded upon a bedrock of compassion, empathy, and open heartedness. Our aim is to offer our future child a nurturing and supportive space in which to grow and blossom into their most authentic selves. We believe that our primary role as parents is to provide your child with the tools and resources, they need to navigate life's twists and turns.
Children are unique and special beings, with their own distinct personality, talents, and interests. Rather than imposing our own expectations and desires upon our future child, we are dedicated to encouraging them to explore and discover their own passions and strengths.
We have seen firsthand just how much children can change and grow from year to year. We are prepared for the unexpected, and eager to embrace the surprises and challenges that come our way.
Above all, our parenting style is rooted in unconditional love and acceptance. We believe that by offering a safe and nurturing environment in which to thrive, we can help them to become the best possible version of themselves.
